The William Project

A Legacy of Healing. A Mission of Hope. The William Project was created in loving memory of Dr. Vernell Logan’s beloved son, William, who lost his life after a long and silent battle with opioid addiction and depression. His life, though cut short, was filled with purpose, love, and untold potential. Now, through The William Project, that purpose lives on. This initiative stands as a beacon of support for families and communities devastated by addiction, grief, and mental illness. It exists to ensure that no other mother has to suffer in silence… and no other family has to feel forgotten in their darkest hour.
Walk a Mile for Someone Struggling. Donate Today.

Our Mission:

✅ Distribute Narcan to save lives in the fight against the opioid epidemic. ✅ Provide safe, supportive housing for women and families experiencing homelessness due to addiction, trauma, or domestic violence. ✅ Offer peer support, education, and advocacy to empower individuals to heal and rebuild their lives. ✅ Build a community where grief turns into action, and every life is valued, honored, and supported. Together, we can break the silence, end the stigma, and create a future where no one is left behind. 🔗 Donate Now to The William Project
